Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

“All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used/ form of payment used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.”

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

Note that there are restrictions on some products, some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.  If we do not ship to your country then the web site will not let an order be set up for your country. (Currently we can ship to Canada, most of Europe and various locations around the world.)

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the weight of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates will appear on the shipping quotes page.

Anything with free shipping or cheaper by weight that does not say what shipping service is used we will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. 

Some international orders will get delayed by customs, if customs does delay the item it generally adds 1-2 weeks to the shipment time.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, most weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Items are shipped 1-2 business days after payment has cleared.  We recognize business days as week days that are not holidays.  For a full list of holidays please refer to the list below, we follow the USPS holiday list since most packages are sent by them anyway. (any holiday that lands on a weekend is not listed because we were already not open.)

Duties and customs fees (IMPORTANT FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS) 

International orders may require additional Duty or Customs fees to be paid, any cost or fees of getting your item imported into your country is the buyers full responsibility.  Shipping charges paid to us only cover shipping, not any Duty or Custom fees. 

Most countries will charge Custom and / or Duty fees to any imports over a specific value.  To find out Custom or Duty fees for your county you will have to check with your county.

Tax (Minnesota Residents)

PLEASE NOTE: Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In state orders will be charged 7.775% sales tax, the tax rate for where I am located in Minnesota.
